Arizona ANNUAL REPORT FILING INFORMATION

The Arizona Corporation Commission requires that Corporations and Non Profit Corporations file an Annual Report to maintain good standing with the state. LLCs are presently not required to fie an Annual Report. The Annual Report is due one year from the initial filing date.

The Arizona Corporation Commission offers online filing of the Annual Report. The report may not be filed online unless it is within three months of the due date. The link to file the Annual Report online is:

Corporation	$45 The Annual Report is due one year from the initial filing date.
Limited Liability Company	$45 The Annual Report is due one year from the initial filing date.

Arizona ANNUAL REPORT FILING PENALTIES

Failure to file the Annual Report form will result in the administrative dissolution or revocation of the entity.
